Done Deal: Comcast-Spectacor Buys Live Nation’s Paciolan

Comcast-Spectacor, the Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm, has completed its acquisition of ticketing software provider Paciolan from Live Nation Entertainment. Terms were not disclosed. As a result of the acquisition, Comcast-Spectacor will now own Paciolan’s ticketing platform and other technology, together with the company’s accounts.
