Executive Corner
Happy Holidays from all of us at Paciolan! As 2005 comes to a close, I want to thank you all for your continued support and loyalty of Paciolan and our belief in enabling you to provide your tickets your way. I am also excited to announce we are making great progress in improving our offering for you.
First, we've significantly improved our onsale performance. Over the past 12 weeks we've realized improvements in overall stability and onsale successes. From basketball season renewals, to Padres 3-game packs for the March World Baseball Classic finals, to the Coldplay concert with Capital Tickets, to Wicked at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, we continue to realize improvements in onsales performance due in large part to renewed focus on your business.
Second, we've made several key organizational shifts to ensure continued operational excellence. Bob Alexander is leading a new organization, Ticketing Operations, which is dedicated to ensuring the success of your ticketing operations. Bob's team will focus on infrastructure, networking, system availability, and overall system stability. In conjunction with the current rollout of the hosted version of 6.81, which incorporates over 100 stability and performance enhancements, you will continue to realize operational improvements at your venue. I encourage all of you to work with your Client Partner to get to our most current release to take advantage of these improvements.
Third, we continue to bring new venues into the Paciolan community.
This quarter saw the addition of the University of South Carolina,
the University of Alabama at Birmingham, the Blanton Museum at the
University of Texas at Austin, the Licouras Center at Temple, the
Sears Centre and Southern Mississippi. Welcome to the Paciolan family!
Lastly, clients are planning to enhance their fan and patron relationships via our new Database Marketing solution. Both the Charlotte Bobcats and Arizona State University will shortly complete their beta programs. From there Oklahoma and several PAC10 clients will implement the product. You'll hear more of the value these venues plan to realize from database marketing over the upcoming months.
On behalf of all of us at Paciolan, I look forward to helping your venues realize your goals in the New Year!
Regards,
Dave
P.S.: See you at PACnet!!
