Portal Nears Launch
After months in the making, the web-accessible client Community
Portal is about to go live. The portal will include many great
features such as discussion forums, one-touch access to all
client support applications including SupportForce, and an
expansive set of best practices you can use to enhance your
business. Best of all, you will be able to access all these
applications through one web interface, using the same username/password
combo (a.k.a. “single sign-on”) that you currently
use to sign in to PSO (Paciolan Support Online).
New registrants can quickly create a profile and be on their
way in minutes, after being authorized by a Paciolan representative.
Criteria for Utilizing the Portal
In order to access the portal, you must be a current Paciolan
client with a valid support contract in force between your
organization and Paciolan.
