Welcome to the Q3 2005 Insights Newsletter! As Paciolan’s
newest employee, I am thoroughly excited to be a part of the team,
and even more excited about the prospect of meeting many of you
over the upcoming months.
My first 30 days at Paciolan have been filled with great conversations
with many of you about your challenges, concerns, and overriding
goals for your venues. I’ve begun to take my newfound insight
and work with the Paciolan team to ensure that we can deliver on
your needs. The reasoning is simple - we will provide you with the
product quality and service levels that your venues need to be successful.
In turn, you will be in a position to make your profitable fans
and patrons become “Customers for Life” by giving them
a phenomenal experience with your venue.
We fully realize that a significant portion of your venue’s
success is directly tied to Paciolan. Whether you’re filing
an enhancement request via online support, preparing for your upcoming
onsale, talking with industry colleagues via the soon-to-be released
Community Forums or implementing Paciolan products, we’re
doing all we can to make your experience with us exemplary. Over
the months leading to PACnet, I hope you’ll reap the benefits
as we strive towards these goals.
