FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

IRVINE, Calif. and ATLANTA (April 3, 2013) – Paciolan, a leading provider of ticketing, marketing, fundraising and sales automation solutions for more than 500 live entertainment organizations, today announced that Ticket Alternative, a regional ticketing provider, has renewed its partnership with the company. In conjunction with the partnership, Ticket Alternative’s customers will continue leveraging Paciolan’s powerful infrastructure and new features, including the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, mobile ticketing technologies and best-of-breed online ticketing services.

“Continuing our partnership with Paciolan enables us to offer unique solutions, encompassing high-end customer service, ticketing and mobile features to our growing client base,” said Iain Bluett, President of Ticket Alternative. “Only Paciolan offers us the flexibility and breadth of solutions that enable us to serve our clients and expand our business to partner with major organizations, including universities, festivals, arts and concert venues.”

Ticket Alternative will implement Paciolan’s CRM solution for Kennesaw State University (Kennesaw State), a recent client of Ticket Alternative. As a growing university, Kennesaw State recently announced the addition of Football to its athletics department and will in turn increase the university’s customer service efforts by utilizing the Paciolan CRM solution as an integral part of its donation building, priority seating and season ticket holder base. With a 360-degree view of its customers, Kennesaw State will be able to better serve its fans and customers by efficiently managing relationships with new and existing donors, as well as prospective season ticket holders.

As an early adopter of Paciolan’s mobile ticketing solutions, Ticket Alternative has developed a system of frictionless ticketing via mobile devices. Receiving 20 to 25 percent of its traffic on mobile devices, some Ticket Alternative clients saw more than 15 percent of all purchases via mobile. Additionally, Ticket Alternative is looking forward to offering its clients new features in the future, including Apple Passbook integration and mobile delivery with 2D barcodes.

Ticket Alternative clients utilize Paciolan’s eVenue online ticketing system that provides fully-branded and hosted e-commerce websites with a distinguished look to manage an individual brand while efficiently selling tickets with secure online services. The online solution also enables Ticket Alternative clients to pick their own seat through an interactive seat map of the venue.

“We’re pleased to make the Pick-A-Seat feature available to clients with reserved seating and we feel that their customers will enjoy having control in the seat selection process,” added Bluett. “When patrons have the opportunity to select their own seats they feel like they are getting a more personalized experience, especially if they are already familiar with the venue.”

Working closely with Paciolan, Ticket Alternative is a strategic partner of the Fox Theatre in Atlanta (Fox Theatre), one of Atlanta’s premiere venues that attracts over 750,000 annual visitors. Ticket Alternative leverages its resources to offer patrons of the Fox Theatre support from the Ticket Alternative call center and ticket distribution at 14 local Ticket Alternative outlets.

“We are pleased with our partnership and the success Ticket Alternative has achieved in growing its regional ticketing business by leveraging our venue enablement solutions,” said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. “We look forward to continuing to support Ticket Alternative and their many clients throughout the United States.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

IRVINE, Calif., EAST LANSING, Mich., ANN ARBOR, Mich. and AUSTIN, Texas (Feb. 6, 2013) – Paciolan, an industry-leading provider of ticketing, marketing, fundraising and sales automation solutions in college athletics, announced today that Michigan State University (Michigan State), University of Michigan (Michigan) and University of Texas-Austin (Texas) will begin implementing the company’s Ticketing Intelligence data warehouse solution. Ticketing Intelligence integrates multiple databases including ticketing, marketing, University and Athletics fundraising, merchandise and concessions systems into a single database to provide a comprehensive view of all revenue streams. Paciolan has partnered with SSB Consulting Group and Kore Technologies to deliver the industry-leading data warehouse solution.

“We are proud to expand our partnership with all three of these thought-leading universities and provide them with a rich reporting solution to help each institution make critical, data-driven business decisions,” said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. “Using this system, each university will be enabled to more easily assess their business, improve operational efficiencies and use real-time data to enhance the experience of each fan and donor.”

Paciolan Ticketing Intelligence will allow each university to efficiently integrate data from third-party systems, such as data-append and lead-scoring services, as well as university fundraising systems to provide sophisticated data analysis across a complex organization to aid revenue growth.

“We’re ecstatic to be afforded with a smart analytics solution that offers intelligent reporting and data analysis to help monitor and tailor innovative programs for Spartan fans,” said Mark Hollis, director of athletics for Michigan State University. “With Paciolan Ticketing Intelligence, we now gain full visibility of every fan interaction, including engagement from both athletics and the university, to help elevate customer service initiatives.”

With the implementation of the intelligent reporting system, each university will be able to view live reports using mobile devices, including iPads and smart phones for instant access to sophisticated data. The smart analytics solution will allow the institutions to better analyze sales, customer data, compare ticket sales and fund development across seasons, and adapt programs to maximize revenues.

“Paciolan’s Ticketing Intelligence system provides our staff with a time-saving reporting tool that assists us in better understanding customer trends and helps inform marketing decisions,” said Hunter Lochmann, chief marketing officer for the University of Michigan. “Additionally, we plan to use this tool to bring together data from multiple disparate databases to have a holistic view of every interaction we’ve had with Wolverine fans and customers.”

Leveraging Paciolan’s Ticketing Intelligence solution, each university will be provided with live reporting and direct data warehouse access that can enable athletics programs to create unique reports, specific to their business objectives. The intelligent reporting system provides universities with the ability to better analyze sales data by price type and price level, including season tickets, mini plans, and single or group tickets.

“Unit managers whose duties involve customer service are now proactively managing and monitoring customer needs using Paciolan’s system,” said DeLoss Dodds, men’s athletics director for the University of Texas. “By analyzing data, we are making decisions to improve venue and communication experiences for our loyal fans and alumni.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

IRVINE, Calif. and PROVIDENCE, R.I. (Jan. 17, 2013) – Paciolan, an industry-leading provider of ticketing, marketing, fundraising and sales automation solutions to more than 500 live entertainment organizations, including performing arts venues, announced that the company has entered into a partnership with Professional Facilities Management (PFM). PFM will leverage Paciolan’s ticketing and marketing solutions in five venues, including Providence Performing Arts Center (Providence, R.I.), Veteran’s Memorial Auditorium (Providence, R.I.), Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall (Ft. Myers, FL), Coral Springs Center for the Arts (Coral Springs, FL) and North Shore Center for the Performing Arts (Skokie, IL).

“We are pleased to begin a seamless partnership with Paciolan to enhance all of our patron services,” said Lynn Singleton, President of Professional Facilities Management. “As a technically innovative company, Paciolan provides us with an excellent opportunity to elevate our patrons’ experiences and take us to the next level serving our customers in each of our facilities.”

Leveraging Paciolan’s eVenue online ticketing system, all five venues will have a best-of-breed online box office website, including the ability to allow patrons to pick their own seat through an interactive seat map, social integration, and other advanced features to efficiently sell tickets. PFM will provide customers with secure online services and account management, including opportunities for patrons to purchase VIP packages, bundles for shows, restaurants and merchandise, as well as the ability to manage their online accounts and inventory.

With a focus to elevate the patron experience, each venue will implement Paciolan’s Access scanning and digital ticketing solution. The system will enable patrons to print tickets at home to bypass will call lines at the box office. The barcoded tickets will provide each venue the opportunity to increase sponsorship activation and generate incremental revenue by providing sponsorship branding on the print-at-home tickets. Paciolan’s Access technology also allows each venue to validate tickets and track attendance in real-time through the use of handheld scanners at each entrance.

“We look forward to implementing new digital ticketing technologies to make it easy to buy and redeem tickets digitally to maximize the experience of each customer,” said Donna Santos, Vice President of Ticketing and Sales. “Our partnership with Paciolan will help us to stay abreast of leading edge technology and also will help us to provide innovations to all of our patrons.”

All five of PFM’s venues will adopt Paciolan’s industry-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution which provides a 360 degree view of each venue’s customer interactions, including ticketing and purchase history, to enhance ticket sales at each venue and manage relationships with each patron. With a holistic view of each customer, venues will be able to utilize transparent data collected in real-time to provide efficient service to their patrons.

Additionally, PFM will improve its communication and broaden its marketing reach at their venues, implementing Paciolan’s marketing services. Leveraging the PAC Social Media platform, PFM venues will have the ability to socially promote events, build and engage their database, and manage conversations online. Using Paciolan’s display ad retargeting technology, PFM venues will be able to deliver sequential banner advertisements with special offers, tailored to specific consumers who visit their website to purchase tickets to their events. Paciolan’s PACmail email marketing solution will empower PFM venues with a platform to enhance communications and tailor segmented messages to customers to drive ticket sales online and increase customer awareness of ticket sales and packages, upcoming events and promotions.

“We value every patron, and at the end of the day it’s about providing each customer with one-to-one marketing messaging,” added Santos. “Paciolan offers us that ability to deliver the right message to the right patron at the right time.”

“We are excited to partner with Professional Facilities Management to help them provide world-class services to each of their venues in many performing arts communities,” said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. “Paciolan will continue to deliver the innovative technology to each venue and assist them in providing exceptional customer service.”
