Cost, Payment and Terms & Conditions

Paciolan will calculate your cost and email you with a confirmation and a printable invoice.

Payment
Payment by check only. Details will be included in your email confirmation. For more information, see details in Terms and Conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

1. Invoices
Invoices must be paid in full.

2. Payment
Payment in the form of a company/organization check is required. Please include your name and invoice number on the back of the check. Checks should be made payable to Paciolan and sent with invoice to:

3. Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, you must advise us in writing at least 21 business days prior to the start of your class.

(A) Written Notice of Substitutions
We are happy to welcome a substitution delegate(s), up to the start of the class, at no extra charge. If substituting, please contact us within 21 business days of the class start with your change.

(B) Written Notice of Cancellation
100% refund if received 22 business days or more before the start of the class. If received 21 business days or less before the start of the class, a $200 cancellation fee will be charged per person attending.

. Right of Refusal
These classes are sponsored by Paciolan, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the classes to any entity or individual. Paciolans’ receipt of a registration form and payment does not constitute acceptance; registrations and payment that are not accepted will be returned within 30 days of receipt.

5. Privacy
Paciolan uses the information obtained from you in this document for the purpose of enabling your attendance at our classes. Paciolan will not disclose your personal information to any other third party without your consent except when we are required to do so by law. This information will be used to more appropriately identify your needs and tailor our contact with you to provide a better client/customer experience

6. Discounts
Discounts will be made available for a second registrant from the same organization for any class (excluding PACnet and Regional/Remote classes). The second registrant can attend for half price.  (Ex. If four people attend, the first two pay full price, the second two at half).

7. Registering to attend any class confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking Your Flight
To give you ample time to take advantage of airline specials, classes will be confirmed three weeks prior to their start date. Please do not purchase airline tickets before confirming with our training coordinator that the class will be held. Paciolan is not liable for unused airline tickets.
Booking Your Hotel
A list of hotels will be provided to all registrants via email.
Confirmation
Paciolan will confirm your class is being held 10 business days prior to its start date.
