PC-based
reporting! In this class we will use Crystal Reports to generate
many different kinds of reports from a “live" Paciolan
database. With ODBC, it is possible to use desktop PC-based report
writing tools in conjunction with your live Paciolan data. There
is no longer a need to extract and download data to your desktop
PC before you write reports. Some of the topics to be covered in
the class are: basic selection, sorting, and record display, review
formatting options for each report section (heading, details, footer,
etc.), introduce the use of color and conditional formatting, cross
tabulations, prompt users with Crystal "parameters," and
write Crystal formulas. Throughout the year, we will have both general
and product specific classes. Please refer to the calendar for the
type of class being offered. |
