Save significant amount of time and money by getting as many customers to renew online before mailing costly paper applications (earlier renewals also translate into money in the bank).

Increase online renewals
Offer an online only period of 3 weeks or more BEFORE paper applications are mailed (Tip: providing a longer Internet period will give you better results).

    • Send a graphic rich HTML email announcing the Internet only presale.
    • If you can’t send HTML email, use the bulk email process (customers can be given all of the information they need to renew online)
    • If you don’t have your customer’s email address, send a postcard
